All food sales are final because our products are perishable.
If your bottle(s) or jar(s) arrive damaged in any way, send a photo of the damaged packaging to email@example.com with a copy of your receipt within 15 days of purchase and we will send you a replacement.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we are open to your feedback so please send a note with details outlining why you're unsatisfied to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to resolve your issue.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your issue and we will assess your case.
Late or missing refunds
If you're due for a refund but haven’t received it yet, don't panic! It takes a few days for the refund to be posted on your card or in your account.
If it's not there in 10 days or so, you can reach out to us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can tell you the date and time we posted the refund.
