Michelle developed the perfect recipe that is balanced, heart healthy, and delicious, and we bet it will become your coveted lunchtime staple.

Michelle's Superhero Sandwich

  • Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Slices Sprouted Chia Bread or Gluten Free Bun
  • 3 tbsp Michelle's Rawfoodz French Onion Dip
  • ½ Avocado Sliced
  • ½ Tomato Sliced
  • Purple Cabbage sliced thinly
  • 1 Portobello Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • Dash of Hot Sauce your preference
  • ½ cup Microgreens

Instructions:

  1. Coat portobello mushroom in hot sauce and coconut aminos.

  2. Grill portobello mushroom cap on a hot grill for 10 minutes.

  3. Mash avocado to create spread.

  4. Coat sprouted chia bread or gluten free bun with French Onion Dip, avocado spread, purple cabbage, tomato, portobello mushroom, and microgreens.

  5. Enjoy!
