Greek Glory Bowl

This simple salad can be prepped in advance, and will keep you full for hours. This is a new take on the traditional Greek salad and we love the addition of bulgur for a low fat, highly nutritions ingredient that just makes it all better.

Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss until the dressing has coated everything
  2. Split into 4 bowls and enjoy!
